Mahim Church junction during the morning peak has roughly a 7 to 8 minute signal cycle. During phase 1, i.e. when the southbound signal from Mahim Causeway towards LJ road and Cadell Road is liked simultaneously which is roughly three minutes long, the junction gets adequate throughput levels, but once LJ Road northbound traffic starts, there is a red light for vehicles moving to Cadell Road (SVS Marg) from Mahim Causeway.
